Experience premium snow removal even during the worst winter snowstorm! We offer residential snow removal in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and select neighbourhoods in West and Southwest Edmonton.

⛄ Recurring Snow Removal

Get peace of mind all winter long. Many of our clients enjoy not having to worry about shovelling snow for the entire season. We also provide short-term setups for holidays or out-of-town arrangements.

Properties are serviced during and/or after every snowfall.
Our “zero-inch” policy ensures we come every time your feet leave tracks on a hard surface.
Response times are guaranteed within 24-48 hours of a snow event—often the same day, even during a storm.
Our goal is to clear down to the surface each time. Some packed snow/ice may remain but will be scraped off after a storm. Exposed aggregate surfaces may experience some buildup.
Rates are per calendar month and secure a spot on our list, keeping trained personnel on call to service your property as promised.
Service hours comply with each municipality’s noise bylaws.

🏷️ Service Levels

Three service levels are offered to fit your budget and expectations:

Premium:

All-inclusive “no worries” package
Unlimited snow-clearing visits (one per 24-hour period)
Built-in ice management
Best value during heavy snow and ice winters

Standard:

Up to 12 visits per month
Service continues after monthly limit with extra charges per additional visit
Ice melt applied automatically when unsafe conditions are detected (@ $25.95 per 5kg increments)

Basic:

Capped at 7 visits per month
Service continues after monthly limit with extra charges per additional visit
Ice melt applied automatically when unsafe conditions are detected (@ $25.95 per 5kg increments)

Service upgrading is possible, but downgrading is not. Additional visits for Standard and Basic are automatic and not optional.

❄️ One-Time Snow Removal

Did you come home to a two-foot snow dump after a vacation, or are expecting company and need a clear property? One-time arrangements are considered after all recurring service clients are cleared.

🧊 Ice Management

Safety is our top priority. Ice management is included in the Premium package, with extra charges for Standard and Basic:

Materials: granular ice melt (rock salt enriched with calcium chloride), buckshot (gravel), or liquid calcium chloride
Pet-friendly and environmentally safer alternatives
Ice melt applied automatically whenever slippery conditions are detected
Consultation available if needed
Euro Yard Service products only; overuse is rare and cleaned if necessary

Note: Ice monitoring during freeze-thaw cycles without precipitation requires attention from the client unless otherwise specified.
